Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Inserto Operations Ltd.. By creating an Inserto account, testing trial features, or using the application, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with these provisions, please do not use Inserto.

A software suite for recording and operating your social commerce or boutique business: products, inventory restock batches, client orders, customer ledgers, operational expenses, profit & loss analysis, and target tracking.

We provide the software platform. We do not sell anything to your customers, handle buyer transactions, or deliver your packages.

• Keep your login credentials secure. Actions taken from your authenticated session are treated as authorized by you.
• Invite team members through the built-in Staff Seats feature rather than sharing master credentials — this ensures each operator maintains their own audited credentials.
• Your customers’ personal data is your legal responsibility. When you record a customer’s name, phone number, or delivery address, you have decided to collect it. You must have the legitimate basis to store it, and you must honor customer data requests. We process and store this data strictly on your behalf.
• You may not use Inserto to record information you are not legally entitled to possess, or for any fraudulent activity.

You can export your complete workspace at any time in open, standardized CSV and JSON formats from Account Settings.

Your products, orders, customers, and financial records are encrypted on your device. We do not hold a master key. Keep your passphrase and 50-character recovery key stored securely.

If you explore Inserto as a guest without an account, any preferences you customize are retained in your browser storage for up to 30 days. Creating an account syncs your records to the cloud.

We strive for 99.9% availability. We recommend taking periodic encrypted backups from Account Settings to safeguard your business continuity.

Inserto provides automated bookkeeping metrics and estimated tax brackets. This is an operational tool, not formal tax or legal advisory service.

Fees for subscription tiers are specified clearly within the workspace.

You may permanently delete your account at any time in Account Settings. Deletion purges all live database rows and destroys wrapped keys immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inserto shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Notice of material changes to these terms will be posted within the application prior to taking effect.
